Medication Administration Training Resource

WSNA is announcing the release of the 2021 Medication Administration TRAINING for Wyoming Schools. This updated resource is the first since 2003 and provides information for training non-licensed staff to administer medication to students in Wyoming schools.

This is a resource that provides a framework for members to use. Follow your specific district’s policy and procedures when training non-licensed staff to administer medications in school. When there are updates to regulations and Board of Nursing advisory opinions, those would take precedence to this resource.

If you want to order a hard copy in a binder, the 75 page document with binder includes mailing and handling at a cost of $30.
