Changes to the WyIR

Below is a follow-up letter sent to the Superintendents of individual districts from the Wyoming Department of Health. The district Superintendant will need to e-sign a contract document by Friday, April 26, 2019 for school nurses to be able to access the WyIR. Hello,
On April 1st, 2019 we began a Routine Enrollment for all school districts within the state of Wyoming who wanted to utilize the Wyoming Immunization Registry (WyIR). As previously communicated, this was a change for WyIR enrollment which was previously completed at the school level. The deadline for that enrollment was April 19th, 2019. We are now past the deadline and do not have a WyIR agreement for your districts which will impact every school under that district. Unless we receive the completed agreement from the Superintendent, we will be inactivating the district account which will cease your access to the WyIR. This will occur Friday April 26th, 2019.
