WSNA Annual Conference Agenda 2025

Our 2025 Annual Wyoming School Nurses Association Conference will be held at the Tate Pump House in Casper. Our host hotel is Hilton Garden Inn. 1150 N. Poplar Street Casper, Wyoming 82601 USA

On June 9th, registration and the vendor fair will start at 12:00 pm and dinner will be on your own. On the 10th, we will get together at 7:00 am for anyone who would like to go on a walk by the river followed by a catered breakfast by Eggington's at 8:00 am. Lunch will also be provided on the 10th.

Please consider donating a Silent Auction gift basket for this years conference. Proceeds go towards the WSNA annual conference organization.

Your generous donation supports the Wyoming School Nurses Association annual conference.

WSNA will provide:

Table with cover in anteroom or in the meeting room. The table sizes may vary depending on the size of the room.
Opportunity to visit with attendees at conference about products and services.
Recognition of sponsorship and donation.

Vendors are responsible for their own room reservations. Ask for the WSNA rate.
You will be recognized at our conference verbally during the opening & closing announcements. You are welcome to join us for any meals or refreshments that we offer during the conference.
