Our 2024 Annual Wyoming School Nurse's Association Conference will be held at Western Wyoming Community College in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Our host hotel is the:

Holiday Inn, which is located about 2 miles away from the college. Their rate is $119 and address and phone number is: 675 Sunset Drive Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901, 307-382-9200. The cut off date for the discounted rate is May 23rd. To book the rooms for any or all of the nights of June 6th through June 8th 2024, guests can:

1.    Call 307-382-9200 option 2 and ask to book in the Wyoming School Nurse room block for the days needed; 
2.    Call 1-800 465-4329 and ask them to book in Wyoming School Nurse (WSN) block
3.    Click on link below and book dates needed by entering dates needed: 

On June 6th the conference will be from 1:00p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the registration starting at 12:00 p.m. and on June 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. registration starting at 8:00 a.m. We will provide breakfast and lunch on the 7th along with snacks and refreshments throughout the conference.

  • Your generous donation supports the Wyoming School Nurses Association annual conference.
    • WSNA will provide:
      • Table with cover in anteroom of the meeting room. The table sizes may vary depending on the size of the room.
      • Opportunity to visit with attendees at conference about products and services.
      • Recognition of sponsorship and donation.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own room reservations. Ask for the WSNA rate.
  • You will be recognized at our conference verbally during the opening & closing announcements. You are welcome to join us for any meals or refreshments that we offer during the conference.

This is an option if you are unable to attend but would like to donate to our organization and help support our conference. You will be recognized at our conference verbally during the breaks, and opening and closing announcements.

This is an option if you are unable to attend but would like to donate to our organization and help support our conference. With your donation, you will be recognized verbally throughout our conference during the breaks, and opening and closing announcements and an 8" x 10" sign will be posted with your logo or name on the registration table during the conference.

WSNA will:
